Pictures: Star Clusters

A selection of my images of globular and open clusters.

M13-640mm-156x20s-71

Globular Cluster M13 – 156x20s exposures with Meade 2045D and EOS 1300D.

M13-20180629-47x21s

Just for comparison: M13 47x21s exposures, Bresser AR 102-XS and DSI Pro. While one can clearly see that the Bresser was out of collimation (it is better now), what strikes is how many stars of the cluster are revealed with just 47x21s (compare with 156x20s above).

What can be achieved with a longer integration on a monochrome camera:

M13-4425s-71x15s+168x20s-239f-680mm
M13 – 71x15s + 168x20s – MAK-90 and ZWO ASI 178MM
